This report summarises the findings of a review of data users regarding the key gaps that exist within regional and sub-regional data. It summarises the methodologies used for eliciting views, the nature of existing data needs and the uses to which data are put, and the key gaps that exist in current provision. It concludes with advice on the priorities for filling these gaps. .
