PFI grant for all new projects will be calculated as an annuity based on the level of PFI credits and the contract length. A template (in MS Excel) is available which allows authorities to calculate the level of grant they will receive.
Local authorities can apply for the PFI grant once their projects become operational. The following documents provide all the details needed.
