Systems Design Sub-Group Meetings
The purpose of the systems design sub-group is to look at the issues needed to set business rate baselines for each local authority and the technical issues associated with setting-up and running the rates retention scheme. The work of the group will inform decisions by Ministers on the options to include in any forthcoming consultation paper in Summer 2012. The discussion papers published on the weblinks below are for policy development and should not be considered as Government policy.
