Baseline Sub-Group Meetings

The purpose of the Baseline Sub-Group is for central and local government representatives to consider any technical issues relating to the needs baseline for the new rates retention scheme and so inform decisions by Ministers on the options to include in any forthcoming consultation paper in Summer 2012. The discussion papers published on the weblinks below are for policy development and should not be considered as Government policy.
