The SCE(R) amounts shown above are in some cases estimates for projects 
which have not yet been approved or accepted.  The inclusion of such estimates does 
not imply that any such projects will receive any allocation for 2008/09. 
Where estimates have been included project managers will need to continue discussions 
with the appropriate programme manager.
